Colonscopy for Colorectal Cancer

Colonoscopy screening is an important part of digestive care and colorectal cancer is treatable when caught early. Our specialists recommend an annual colonoscopy screening for everyone over age 50. Through this procedure, we can successfully and quickly diagnose colon and rectum problems. If colon cancer is present, routine screenings increase the likelihood of earlier detection, allowing for more effective treatment options.

If you have concerns about your colon health and would like to schedule a colonoscopy, call 636.928.9355 or speak with your primary care doctor.

Procedures performed by our digestive disease team include:

  • Colonoscopy
  • Video capsule study (PillCam)
