Apple Honey Mustard Slaw
3 granny smith apples (julienne)
3 red delicious apples (julienne)
1 red bell pepper (small dice)
1 yellow bell pepper (small dice) 1 bunch of parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup honey mustard dressing
2 Tablespoons sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Chill for 30 minutes
