Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Usually made with heavy cream, sour cream and sugar, ambrosia salad can carry a hefty amount of calories. However, by swapping out a few ingredients, this favorite dessert becomes a good source of protein and fiber.

Servings: 12
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 2 cups green grapes
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Truvia sugar blend
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Step 1
Combine fruits in a large bowl and mix gently, being careful not to crush the mandarin oranges./p>
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Truvia sugar blend, and vanilla and mix well.
Step 3
Gently fold yogurt mixture into fruit salad.
Step 4
Keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
